A slightly more unusual ritual, this is the pre-sleep protection prayer / ritual that I used when I went astral travelling. I use this when I am having nightmares and believe that people's energy is/are entering my dream space. This seals your dream space and allows you to sleep more restfully, great for those with insomnia, 'bad luck' or who never truly feels rested.
